Curiouser and curiouser. I find "in essence, 100%" an odd form of words. It is either 100% or not: "in essence" suggests not. This need not by itself be a problem. I suspect that this is a customsied EB. The only issue is what is different from the standard spec.

On rereading the sellers description there might be a clue in one of his sentences: "He has several Fylde guitars made by Roger to his own specifications,this is one of them."
In other words, Bibb owns a guitar with the same spec as this one. Is it the Eric Bibb Sig model? Well clearly it isn't, and I still think there is something a bit cynical in the way that the seller is claiming that a sig model costs £3500, so this is a bit of a bargain at £2500!
Does it matter? Probably not. Fyldes are so rare now, and seem to fetch very good prices on Ebay, so this is probably a very good buy for someone.
