Andy Ramsay is a talented chap. Not only has he played great drums for numerous albums by the band Stereolab, but he is clearly not bad at making guitars, as various Facebook posts of his have shown recently.

(He is also a great sound engineer and producer and runs the excellent Press Play studio. I have been there and recommend it for any London-based recording needs)

I only saw them once - in a small venue in Stirling. It was a warm-up gig for their Margerine Eclipse tour. It was a strange gig, in that Lætitia Sadier kept coming into the audience during the instrumental sections, presumably to hear how things were sounding from out front. It was a really good gig though.
