As leoroberts commented. I particularly love the way the cutaway has been crafted in the second guitar. I'm very much looking forward to hearing the sound samples. Thanks for posting Oska Burman Guitars.

Wonderful work. Lovely touch with the rounded binding in contrast with the sharp tip of the cutaway.

I had the pleasure of trying these guitars out when I visited Oska at his workshop last weekend. These guitars are truly works of art - the fit and finish are exemplary, the construction seems flawless and the combination of woods and flowing lines is gorgeous. Being baritone guitars, they are big, and do feel larger than I'm used to in terms of scale length, body size and neck dimensions, but they are still comfortable to hold and a joy to play. I tried the rosewood model first, and this one is simply beautiful with those bloodwood bindings. The guitar is rich, loud and resonant and although I struggled to find anything worthy of it to play, I felt as if I would be inspired to learn or create new ideas specifically for the guitar. When I then tried the slightly 'plainer' walnut bodied guitar, I was amazed when this surpassed the tone of the last one. Very deep, full of overtones and ringing sustain. I was more than a little miffed when Oska quickly told me it had already been sold Probably for the best knowing how fickle I am For anyone who has the opportunity to see and try these guitars in person, I recommend you do so. I think Oska makes lovely looking, beautiful sounding instruments and at a very realistic/reasonable price and I appreciate the chance to try them out.

Very nice! Do baritones have a different tuning? Cheers! They are "generally" tuned a 4th lower than standard guitar tuning. So from bass to treble, they are BEADF#B. They are also taken down to A sometimes.
