I use these on my nylon strung guitars and find they make restringing much easier for me. They look very neat when fitted and noticeably increase the string break angle. Rosette Diamond Secure TieblocksJeff

They are really just a way of turning a 6 hole bridge into an 18 hole bridge, but yes they do improve break angle and I know a number of players that use them. I only used 6 hole bridges on pure Torres copies, preferring to make an 18 hole bridges on slightly freer interpretations. Colin

I used the same ones as jangarrack linked to. Can’t say I noticed a change in tone but I found then easier to tie than a traditional bridge.
