I prefer sound hole tunes but the soundboard on my Lyn is too thick for the one that I have so I needed a clip on and decided to find a rechargeable one and this came up in my searches.
It's a compact unit about the diameter of a 50p coin and about 5 coins high. Despite the size it has a bright colour screen with a green zone at 12 o'clock going amber then red as you get further out of tune, easy to read even with my poor eyesight. The tuner is mounted on a hinge that's attached to a rotating plate so it's viewable from any angle. Seems sturdily constructed as well
I compared it with a Snark and it's a little more sensitive to tuning than the Snark but once in tune the pair of them agreed with each other so at worst they're equally inaccurate.
Overall I'm happy with it, the equivalent non-rechargeable ones are a little cheaper but the difference is probably only a couple of battery changes in cost but it's a discrete compact unit that does what it's supposed to do.
