Hi, Could anybody tell me where are the measurments for string spacing at the bridge taken ? Is it the outsides of the low and high `E`, or the centre of the low or high `E`. Thanks for any information.

It depends who's doing the measurement. I tend to measure and quote the spacing from the centres of the outer strings where they cross the middle of the saddle - in DADGAD tuning of course  . |

Thanks for that Dave, so the centre of the low and high `D`. Exactly  If the measurement is being quoted for an instrument the best bet is to ask the owner/seller/maker the exact pedantic definition of the measurement they have used to be sure. |
