That's an old Kraftwerk song.
Interesting on guitar. A few timing issues though.

I'd actually listened to that album already and not clocked that it was a Kraftwerk song that I must have listened to hundreds of times off Trans Europe Express. I guess it's not one of their most famous, and the arrangement that Shane Parish makes seems to go for different chords in the background (would have to listen to the Kraftwerk original to check to be sure). I can't hear any of the timing issues mentioned above: there are some deliberately syncopated notes occasionally by the sounds of it.
