Hi Francis,
Just back from a week on our favorite island, Corsica, where some of the small towns and villages had superb specimens of Plane trees which of course are the source material for the wonderful guitar you built for me from Lacewood. Here's such a tree outside a church in L'il Rousse and I bet you'd get a few back and sides from it!.
Also attached the London Plane tree in Berkeley Square that was the ACTUAL source of my Lacy, and, of course, Lacy herself.
