Awesome. Tickets booked with the old discount from Leo - thanks. I will not bring a wallet as already have 4 guitars from the exhibitors collectively. It’ll probably go wrong either way…..

I just checked and sadly I’ll be at Centre Parcs that weekend, but would otherwise love to go. Great discount code too, Leo!

We'll have to make sure we meet up for a mini get-together - mostly so that I can watch you all playing the guitars properly, but also so you can buy me drinks So far there's borborygmus . ianlp59 (and Shar), stain and me (not to mention RosieTGC , taranguitars , and Oska Burman Guitars - though they might be otherwise engaged )

It looks like a very exciting list of talented makers - I've had guitars from Rory, Rosie and Oska and have dealt a lot with Ian Dickinson so if there's any chance I can get along, I'll take it How's that Oska Burman bog oak beauty of yours going Martin? I thought that was one of the loveliest guitars I've ever heard from the sample video although the lassie that was playing had a touch that I probably lack. That might have added something too. (And yes... I am fishing and I do apologise because I probably shouldn't but I just can't help myself)

But yes, Heather’s playing added a lot to the video sample

Is that the bog oak OM? I played that in Oska's workshop before it went on sale; very nice and it's what inspired me to order an OM of my own. (Which is mid way through finishing now...)

Does anyone know if this event still on or where to get tickets? The links seem to be broken and I couldn’t find it by searching on Event Brite

Just want to echo the idea of supporting newer builders. I'm the chap who ordered the two matching OMs from Oska, one in Euro spruce and one in Western red cedar. Gosh, are these great guitars. They are both beautiful to behold and to play. His craftsmanship is off-the-charts superb, as no doubt you aficionados have observed when checking out his website and Facebook pages. The guitars, I would say, have a more modern sound but are really punchy and direct, too. Hard to describe a guitar's tone but that's what I hear. I'm in the States and not able to travel at all now because of health issues, but I sure miss being able to attend guitar camps and guitar exhibitions.
