There is clearly a difference between the Fender CA-360CE and the Fender CD-320ASCE ... with the latter being all solid (as described on the official Fender website) I trust this settles the matter

From your link, click on the "Spec" tab jbm - you'll see the top, the back and the sides are all listed and described separately..... Keith Well I'll be darned. It does say solid back in the specs. I stand corrected. Are there other guitars built this way? Don't think I've seen one. Takamine do that , solid top and back but laminated sides so there's probably others out there too .
