I went to Tin Pan Alley yesterday, I'd have had a look in I've had known that Vintage and Rare Guitars had been bought out, who weren't bad but ridiculously overpriced.
They had a Guild GF55, which is a guitar I've been on the look for a while, gutted one went without having the chance to try it!

I might be wrong, but I remember a friend of mine, a violin repairer and mandolin builder called Terry McCool, based in Newport, South Wales, built a 12 fret guitar quite a few years ago. He was not a guitar builder as such, but may well have built other guitars, as I have not been in contact with him for some time. If you google his name, his phone number will come up. If you want to be sure about the guitar, you could always phone him. Hope this helps.

I am not looking to buy the guitar, it is just that i have not heard of the make before. Cheers Steve.

What appears to be the same guitar is advertised on `johnalveyturner.co.uk` website. The guitar is described as being made by renowned violin maker. So it looks like the mystery is solved Thanks once again. Steve.
