Thank you all for your thoughtful and considered responses/ PM's/ Facebook messages etc. I'm glad to have been reassured by the mods that my initial post did not go against the spirit of this forum.
This is a nice place for people who are passionate about acoustic guitars, lutherie both traditional and modern and the music that results. I am one of those people!
It can be difficult knowing in what capacity to post. Some of you know me as a dealer of fine guitars. It's true, I run a company specialising in some of the very best examples of guitar building in the world, I'm very proud of this and have put a lot of hard work and love into TNAG over the past three years.
Others of you know me as a player, have seen me perform either live or on YouTube/TV, wherever. I've been lucky to perform all over the world in some very special venues from The Albert Hall and Festival Hall here in the UK to the (late, lamented) Montreal and Healdsburg guitar festivals in North America. I'm proud of that too.
TNAG's website is an open resource for people to compare and contrast great guitars. And that ethos carries through in everything we do. If you have a question about a guitar that you've seen please do get in touch. If you would like advice on recording/performing/gear/composition/ whatever we are here for that too.
Have fun!
