You probably know that I make acoustic guitars, both steels string and classical, I have also been known to make ukuleles and the odd violin, but I also make electric guitars, usually only for my acoustic owners. I don't do the usual strat/tele type, but I do make my own version of the Gibson CS336/356. These are a hollow body guitar with a solid chambered mahogany body with a carved maple top. The electrics are fairly standard Les Paul type, this gives the guitar a great rock growl, but the chambering adds the 335 type sweetness. Gibson call these tonally carved as both the inside and outside of the guitar are carved rather than flat, but I guess that's mainly marketing BS.
