If someone will pay over $2 million for some handwritten lyrics the the sky's the limit! It'll no doubt be bought by someone that won't play it - thus defeating the purpose of building the instrument. I was startled enough to see that Taylor had managed to sell, after 12 years, all 50 of their special D-100 guitars that were made to "celebrate" making guitar number 1,000,000. At $100k to $115k. Beggars belief really. Apparently they had "beautiful plumage inlay". For that read over-elaborate, blingy, and garish. Sorry ... it all just makes me grumpy! Mark
