I noticed this mandolin while perusing as I do, and couldn't help but feel intrigued. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mandolin-/291539519189?&_trksid=p2056016.l4276It looks from the front much like an old 'Italian' bowl back mandolin, with obvious signs of age and patina, although granted the headstock isn't typical of that type. Then the sides and back are actually a new-ish looking flame maple, and unexpectedly (at least to me) it was a flat back. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I'm not interesting in buying, just thought it was unusual.

Well, if anyone near Crewe fancies a look at it, it's only 99p with 3 hours remaining!
