show of hands at Herstmonceux, as promised

It's been over a week now since we got back from Herstmonceux Castle where we spent a great few days in the company of, Steve Knightley and Phil Bear, too much going on to go into detail so, just briefly, the days were mainly spent watching them record some new tracks for their new CD and, taking part in some choral type backing from all of us at the sessions, which we are told will be on the new CD, two sessions where they done an acoustic, non/PA gig, really enjoyed those, evenings in the bar and a play along jam session with anyone who wanted to take part and do a few songs, at any time through these sessions they was asking if there was any questions from the people, which led to some great discussions mostly folk related. All in all a fantastic few days at a lovely venue with two really great musicians, thank you Phil and Steve.
