I haven't played the Alba, but I have had a couple of Admira guitars and my opinion is that they are well made and very good value, with a nice tone.
This one appears to be all laminate, but that's not necessarily an issue if it sounds good.
I still think you'll get better value buying used through Gumtree for example, but if you fancy this, Admira is a great maker.

I have my mind set on a Yamaha C40, I know they are quality, but its discontinued. Although there is a C40 mk II...

Hmm, been researching the brand, sounds good actually. But this particular model, the Alba, has a top made of Pine! Never come across that on a guitar before.
