Happy New Year to you all.

No doubt some of you will have seen my build thread “An Interesting Commission” well, that guitar is now complete and I thought that I’d put a few choice pictures here, to save you trawling through all the other stuff.

I’m really pleased with the way it turned out and so is the client! He’s promised a recording of it so watch this space. It is a real bespoke build; short scale- 625mm, nylon strung, 4 strings and a cutaway, but with all that, it still has the 19th century look that we wanted.

The lower bout is 290mm or 11 1/2".
I made steel-string (6) a few years ago
