Here are some pics of my Tom Anderson Crowdster...TA describe the guitar as an "Acoustic Electric"....designed by them to produce an acoustic sound from a solid bodied guitar...it does a pretty good job IMHO. The body is flame maple on alder [TA call this colour Tiger Eye], nut width 44mm , scale length 628mm [so feels like a small bodied acoustic to play apart from the weight difference ], the saddle has the Buzz Feiten "tuning system"[intonation is close to perfection] and electrics are by LR Baggs [UST plus preamp] with 9v battery in the back of the guitar...there are vol, treble, mid and bass pots all with centre indent. I use Thomastik Spectrum bronze 11/52's which sound lovely on this guitar. www.andersonguitars.com/product_information/models/crowdster_family/crowdster_complete.cfm

I love the look of that guitar, Andrew! It must feel like an acoustic alright with that nut width!
