So you'll be buying a Telecaster next eh Phil Taylor? For me, and despite the technical brilliance, this isn't as engaging as the best of his acoustic stuff. I watch the Flathead Lake (with Chris Eldridge) video on a regular basis and it's magical.

I really like it. His 'Arclight' CD has just been delivered this morning. Telecaster, upright bass and drums/percussion - it's excellent but I do like jazzy stuff. Lots of vids on youtube with this trio.
The Flathead Lake vid is magical. It's called 'Butter and Eggs' by the way and is on the 'Avalon' CD which I wont be buying because there are too many bluegrass songs on it but I may download the best of the others individually at some point.

ps I won't be getting a Telecaster although I do love the sound he gets from it.
