Mmmm found out my binding jig has been damaged in the move. It may have needed updating for the new Makita router - so ended up building a complete new assembly based around a pair of heavy duty draw runners...

At least then I could get some binding channels cut and the purfling (front only) and body bindings in today :thumbup:
