Steve's new album landed on the door mat this morning. This is a purely acoustic collection of Steve's songs from the 1970's to more recent times. The track content was determined by Steve's followers and fans requesting songs. ON first listen — this is gorgeous. Wonderfully played, sung and recorded.

Yup, mine arrived, too. It's superb (on first listen and experience suggests it's only going to grow on me). 19 songs and choons. Well, 18 and a banjo track. And an admonition from the man 'imself to look after my instruments

Hopefully his next CD might feature his new custom Brook Calder that he received in June Phil

Never heard of him (I know, such ignorance) but listening on amazon music and its bloody good. I really like the banjo track!

Well I've listened to it half a dozen times or so now, and I have to say it doesn't get much better than this, Great voice, fine guitar (and banjo) work a clean uncluttered production. Oh and as a bonus, not a damn string quartet to be heard, Hurrah!
