What do you guys use as Finish?
Well vlassical guitars is a easy choice... shellack
But for steel strings is not very often the use of this product, i have used of course, i just finished one of mine a few days ago with shellack, but i must say the what i read is that steel strings is not the 1st choice of the builders.
I have used oil as finnish, in my case i used the danish oil, it works great for a matt finish.
Anyway i believe that nitrocellulose is the first choice for the builders is that true?
