I don't know how many of you are interested in percussion. This performance by Eamon Murray and Rolf Wagels on Bodhran is amazing.

Yeh, love playing the Bodhran (though doesn't do my wrist much good!) These are two very fine players. It never ceases to amaze me how intricate and exciting the bodhran can be (not when i play it though)  Robbie |

Do you play yourself Akquarius? If so we will have to talk bodhran stuff sometime. I play a Belgarth model, no longer made as the guy who made them in the Orkneys reitred from making them.

I tried to get into it for a while, but skipped it due to lack of time. I gave away my bodhran, a no-name from somewhere in Asia, to one of our fellow forumites. Maybe I'll try it again some day, most probably with this one here: link |
