I watched the 2 part documentary on player now which I enjoyed very much he came across as a decent ordinary bloke who made good and never forgot his beginnings. Talking of banjos has anyone played a six string one are they any good?
Just asking like ............

Its conforming to a new EEC regulation regarding the standardisation of all strings used on non `EU' made instruments. You will find that all EU based string producers are still using the same packaging and string classifications as they have done previously.

I clean my guitars regularly. However, there are a few rules that experience has taught me need to be followed: 1. Always use non-biological powder 2. One instrument at a time into the washing machine 3. NEVER tumble dry. Hope this helps. Leo Good advice Leo although I always dry my guitar on a low oven. To clean the fingerboard I wipe over with old fish and chip wrappings gives a nice sheen and a great smell if you are hungry

I have the situation that you have in reverse A few years ago I swopped the missus for a vintage Gibson at a wife swopping party, sadly, unlike the missus the Gibson turned out to be a non vintage one so the swop had to be reversed. Unsurprisingly the wife has refused to go to any more wife swopping parties especially one run by my friend Martin

Lynn (wild violet )came to our folk club and did a great set last night some new songs sounded lovely. I think that she enjoyed it as much as we did although there was another American chap there who made her feel very much at home Some great songs there Lynn thanks for coming. For anyone who lives within 25/30 miles of Nottingham you are welcome to post your events on our FB live and local site or simply see what is going on in and around the East Mids this would include any one in S Lincs www.facebook.com/groups/128464954499751/
