Big Genesis fan here! I saw them on their last tour and it was a bit rubbish. My first ever concert was the Invisible Touch tour in 1987 at Hampden, then I caught them in Belgium in 2007. My favourite is The Lamb and I have tickets to see Steve Hackett performing that in October. His concert in September 2022 was superb. I listen to their live albums a lot, particularly the one from the 2007 tour and it really helped me after my mum died. I just find their music so uplifting.

I've been a fan of Tony's music since I first discovered him around 2002. I've seen him many times since and even had him 'round the house' one time for a lesson.

I'm a member of Will McNicol's College membership. Once a month, he hosts a Zoom call with a guest on a Sunday evening and they're always good vibes. This year he's allowing members to invite a guest, so I thought I'd put the offer out here for anyone that fancies it. There's just one slot, so whoever gets in first can have the slot.
Here's the synopsis from Will.
So, who's in?

Not really. I just got a carbon fibre Lava guitar for the campervan and now I'm thinking a nylon string would be nice for all these Frederick Noad lessons I'm going through.

Ah yes, the old search function. Now why didn't I think of that!? Thanks Keith. I'm off to read some threads now.

I was in Will McNicol's College Zoom call on Sunday night and one of the players mentioned Derek Gripper. I hadn't heard of him before, so I looked him up and was blown away by this guy. He's transcribed kora music onto guitar and it's incredible. Besides that, his interpretation of the Bach Cello Suite No 1 is simply sublime. There's a video here, but his version on Spotify is way slower and much more to my liking.
I have a feeling I'll be listening to this guy a lot this week!

I’ve seen this singer a number of times over the past 12 years ever since she was just a wee lassie down from the highlands. She writes quirky songs and what a voice!!! One of the most charming performers you’ll see nowadays. Wow. Just beautiful. What a voice indeed! Thanks for that Doc. Glad I checked in today and caught that.

I kind of own my dream guitars, but if there were to be an actual dream guitar that I don't have, it would be a pre-war Martin D-18 or D-28. I'd take either one!
