If I remember correctly the Busker was priced at £385 (?) but the Republic probably cost a fair bit more on the doorstep in the UK, (I'd offer a little less, Sshhh)!!
Edit, I've just discovered they were about $400 in the States.

Great offer Dave, The link that I just posted on my fb page from the forums fb page brings you to the middle of this thread. Might be a bit confusing or off putting! Or it could be used as an initiative test It could be, one of my friends found it and he's senile!!

You might get away with taking that on as an extra piece of hand baggage, some airlines allow musical instruments as an extra piece.

As a furniture / cabinet maker and guitar lover I am interested in "the best guitar chair" for guitarists. So I have two catagories; 1, working, I recon a standard kitchen type chair with a good cushion. No arms of course.
But my real interest is; 2, the slobbing out, getting inspired chair. I'd love to design it, build it and make my fortune but alas I think it's been done! It's the "Barcelona"chair, anything from 250 - 3000 pounds (i can't link a photo but google it). Everybodys opinoins valued!

As a self employed craftsman I'm with you Dave on this, yes it's expensive but it's not exorbitant.
