I'd never heard this song before colins, thanks... very original. You may have seen the version below, by Mandy Bingham, who I believe is David McWilliams daughter.

I’ve never seen her but have tickets for St Andrews Hall in Norwich on May 12. I now have a spare ticket so if anyone is interested and can get there let me know, the venue is great, a medieval friary nave.

sweyne1, I personally believe there is a point to music whether it is being shared or not as long as it is being made... I was struck by a story I read last year which this thread reminded me of, link to story below, I think Ron was a pure artist really (if that doesn't sound too poncy!). Ron's Place

Brilliant. So nice to see no mobile phones ‘making memories’ in the gathered crowd, just appreciative attention…. He says having watched it on his mobile phone

look tres elegant Phil borborygmus... did you get them the wrong way round? Just asking as the new ones look far more organic to me... but I guess one man's organic is another man's cubism

I've started using plectrums again and agree with Keith the Dunlop Tortex are my favourites... I found one of Daoiri Farrell's pics in the carpark after his gig... Dunlop Tortex Triangle (orange). I like the teardrops too. 50p for singles from my local PMT.
Ps if Daoiri reads this, he can have his plectrum back if and when he returns to Norwich.

Very lovely indeed... if at all helpful, I would be more than happy to play one of them in for you, wouldn't be a problem

This is one for the smoky room at the back of the bar... I listened to it yesterday Mark, whilst walking the dog... or, more accurately, sitting in the park occasionally throwing a ball for the panting pest. Good stuff, cheers

Valley Lopez... What a name, never mind Yoshimi. I've always liked this song, interesting to hear this take on it, a bit 'popier'.

Yeah, very sad, RIP. Saw him at the Norwich Waterfront in 2017 and have always been a fan of Screaming Trees, great singer and songwriter.
