The tertiary braces have been shaped and the whole sanded to form an even curvature front to back and side to side. The upper layer of tow/resin has also been added to all braces. End view of the braces Final prep ready for the tow/resin Tow and resin final layer

The Box is now closed folks So it's time to start cutting the binding channels: Need to do a bit of hot pipe work on the purflings as I cracked one trying to take it round a curve first TBC...

I'm fitting a small rosewood bevel to this guitar, I've started shaping the bevel but need to clean the curves up a bit. I'll do that when I clean-up the sides...

Bit more work on the neck recently, starting with a quick check on the fretboard positioning: Followed by cutting the pocket for the neck extension: And fitting the extension itself: Moving up the neck I've started the carving around the headstock/neck blending in the two areas: Getting there: The carbon fibre bars have now been bonded into position and the two-way truss rod
