leoroberts I don’t know which performance came first but I enjoyed both. Perhaps ocarolan could do a version on the red kite

Had a marathon fingerboard session yesterday, the 336 now has it's fingerboard and Evo frets, ends all dressed so the only shredding will be musical and not involve any blood. I always think that it's the biggest transformation on a guitar, when it gets its fretted fingerboard. Colin

The HB10 draw guitar has had it pre-cat lacquer finish applied. I went with the lacquer instead of my usual oil finish as this guitar will (if used properly) have to withstand being used to smash loudspeakers and drum kits, and may even have to put up with being set on fire occasionally, horses for courses and all that. ............................................... Colin Surely you remember, Colin, that I promised I wouldn't set it on fire..... Keith

I’m not usually a fan of electrics, but for this I’m willing to make an exception. Looks fabulous. Vinny

Hmmm. OK, well maybe just a gentle game of guitar conkers...? (resonators excluded) Keith

Better. I always forget that although the wiring comes out of the same side on both pickups, it has to cross the cavity on the neck one. One guy I made one for said he actually preferred the sound with it the wrong way round, to be honest on a humbucker I think it makes bugger all difference. Colin
