Is the neck pickup installed the right way round? Peter Green, in my (and BB King's opinion) the best Brit blues guitarist, had the same pick-up orientation on his classic 1959 Les Paul, the best sounding electric I have ever heard.   |

Darn It Collins, that is a beautiful guitar! I especially like the black binding you chose, it sets everything else off magnificently.
I am now off to my Luthier suppliers to build a replica, consider me inspired. Thank you.

Those of you that are coming to Halifax will be pleased to know that I have completed the Prize electric guitar, as you know this will be a free draw, just put you name in the hat, and who knows. I have taken some rather bad photos which I will add to when the weather improves. Last job was of course fitting the wiring, I managed to get it all to work on the second try, not bad for me!
