I had a Martin HJ38 Stefan Grossman that had the modified V. That’s the only guitar I wish I hadn’t sold.
The podcast is great the Nels Cline of Wilco episode is a good interview. It’s mainly electric players but I enjoy the interviews. Another great podcast is Otis Gibbs thanks for giving a damn.

I prefer the modified V neck profile. At one time I used to like necks as shallow as electric guitars but these days I find that shape is less comfortable, in particular the sharp angle between neck and fingerboard.

There is a video on the Fretboard Journal of him giving a tour of his shop in Colorado.

It’s 12 months since I bought my SC Skye and I’m very happy still. It’s been one hell of a 12 months on a personal and now a global level but with social distancing I get to play more.
