Thanks all - not sure how many of my guitars were displayed? 's Lacewood Vinny 's Lacewood leoroberts J185 doc 's J45 My archtop Can't think of any more, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. They are all stunning instruments. Sorry you couldn't be there, Francis, but it was great to see you on Friday. |

How are you finding the archtop? I suppose I should say "I just go into the room and there it is" but that would be churlish. It is fab, utterly fab. I have plugged it in for the first time, and, amplified, it is totally divine. Acoustically it is also divine. I love it, love it, love it. It's OK |

Right - K&K fitted, body label fitted, truss rod cover done fitted, final clean-up done ready to take some photos... Matt (the soon to be new owner) came round last night for a little final check - magic fingers. I haven't a clue about his tunings  - he left it in C G C G C G (well there were 3 C's and 3 G's) I don't think it will see standard tuning again.  I just asked him what his lowest tuning was to check for buzzes ! Try and add some photos very soon |

My personal preferred tuning is CGCGCD, so not a million miles off the tuning you mentioned. So, I'll be quadrupley interested.  |
