Gorgeous instrument there, Francis. I've never seen one of yours that wasn't. You're a fine builder, Sir.

It can't possibly be nicer than #26 But I fear the new owner will make it sound better. If Keith gets as much pleasure out of it as I have with Lacey he will be a happy chappie. FFJ

That’s gorgeous, Francis. Not usually a fan of slotted headstocks but will make an exception for that. Hope Keith enjoys it as much as my son is enjoying “mine”. He borrowed it in February, and is claiming that possession is nine tenths of the law. Keeps reminding me that his birthday was in February!

That is a beautiful looking guitar. I particularly like its distinctive features, the flat wide heal, headstock design, the pyramid bridge and the general look of quality about it. I'm fascinated by the zero fret as it has always seemed to be more logical to me than just using a nut, but I'm sure that discussion is a topic all of its own that has been covered here before. Jeff

Believe it or not the wood colour combination is even more striking in real life.

I’m loving the slotted headstock. I’m not by nature an envious person but in your case, ocarolan, I’m making an exception.

Beautiful looking guitar Francis. Look forward to hearing you play it Keith, there appears to be the possibility of electrification too! I may have missed it but assume Francis fitted a K&K?

robmc - yes, at first I was unsure about electrcking this one, Rob, but as I had an unused K&K I posted it on to Francis to fit and save me a job. Waste not, want not! Keith
