Back on track... my Brook sounds so good in DADGAD that I want to keep it there. But I play so poorly in DADGAD that I have to tune the guitar back to standard regularly (where it also sounds great but, for some reason, I only play slightly less poorly). This all provides a very good rationale around why I'll absolutely need to buy another guitar some time... this one will be kept in standard tuning while the Brook will be kept mainly in DADGAD. How does that logic fly?

How does that logic fly? It flies very well. Somewhat similar to the rationale I used to justify a couple of Taran. 'Great minds and fools...' as my old Mam said once or twice.
