It's called being in tune Dave ;-) I'am no expert. I doubt any of us are :-)

Bought one. First impressions - this is far more accurate than my Snark. Like the bright display also. Have been playing a lot outdoors this summer and often the Snark Is unreadable! Impressed.

Got one on order, my Intelli tuner struggles with bottom end notes - well, when I say on order I mean it's on my Xmas list Phil

It does seem better on bass notes than my others. You still have to use your ears with this tuner but it gets you closer at the start. I reckon it is certainly a better option when playing a lively venue when subtlety goes out the window!

Wasn't thinking of getting a new tuner before reading this thread, but I'm glad I did - great piece of kit!

My main instrument is: probably needing new strings

Well, I've just bitten the bullet and bought one - I'm taking my youngest's guitar up to her in Dundee (having minded* it for the last couple of years) and she asked if she could have one of my electric tuners... seemed the perfect opportunity to upgrade *stored at no bloody cost for the daft bint.

Is your expert review of this wonder tuner available yet, Leo? Prospective quizzers at Halifax might also be in a position to do the same, if they're smart enough

Is your expert review of this wonder tuner available yet, Leo? Not even out of its box yet, Martin - all my instruments appear to be in tune with each other just now and I don't want to ruin the moment A review will of course, be forthcoming..

I bought one and it died on me after a day but the shop replaced it. I like it though.

I've got one as well now.
Really like it. Wish I bought it before!

I just bought one of these. It's certainly an excellent bit of kit but I do wish I had noticed that, as Craig Revel-Horwood would say, it's totally lacking in swivel action dahling. It's annoying when you can't see the display properly without dislocating your neck

Just to drag this up again, I've been re-reading everyone's comments about what a great device this is. There are reviews similarly singing its praises.
The fact remains that if you have the guitar round your neck (my personal default position!) and clip the tuner to the headstock it's very difficult to read the display, surely a fundamental requirement. Am I missing something here? If you know something I don't, please enlighten me!
