I'm HOPING that was a slip of the finger and you meant deserved - but, either way, thank you And thanks to all who have been so kind in their congratulations. It's not sunk in. Most amazing is that my Mrs. was actually pleased for me getting another instrument. I think it's because she recognises the sheer beauty of the guitar colins has built.

I always said Leo was the one to beat (admittedly when I first said it, Leo's was the only entry).
Congratulations!

Well Leo's guitar has started the long journey from the sunlight pastures of glorious Kent to the grimy wastelands tup north. Well anyway I took it to Dave to take to Halifax and present to Leo. I met up with James at Dave's as well and handed over his classical, it was great to hear both new guitars being played for the first time. Dave playing the prize guitar. Colin

Well Leo's guitar has started the long journey from..... Colin I have already been informed, separately, by BOTH my daughters, that it is not mine - I am merely minding it for them for the next 20 years or so. Bitches.

Well, leoroberts was presented with his competition prize at Halifax at the weekend, and in the absence of colins himself, I took the opportunity to embarrass both of us by taking an 'official' handover photo, showing the happy winner with his lovely new guitar. Apologies to those of you who already know this and have seen the offending picture

Well, Greetings from San Francisco! I hope you enjoy the guitar Leo and that the whole get together went well, and that no fridge doors were harmed.
