Off to see Martin Simpson on Saturday. Playing at Resolis Community Hall on the Black Isle. It's remote enough, I know - however, it's still ninety miles away from me.
Looking forward to this..!!!!!

Off to see John Smith tonight at the Union Chapel, London. He starts the second UK leg of his Great Lakes tour this evening. Hoping to catch him in Leeds later this month too. Would recommend him very highly.  |

Billy Bragg is playing the Royal concert hall in Glasgow on the 27th of November , tickets are £18,£20 and £22 . Check the website for more details . I don't know if I can make it but I'd love to go . This Santa guy has a lot to answer for .

OK folks this Saturday the 23rd of November doors 7pm The lads wi' gear , The Shipping Forecast and guests me included are playing the Torphichen inn . Tickets are £5 and include a bowl of homemade Stovies . There will also be a guest ale there too . If your free please come along it should be a fun night of Folk & Ale .

It went really we'll thanks . The owner of the inn said he loved it and i had loads of positive comments on the night so all good . There is a wee vid on Facebook that my niece posted I'll try and post it up at some point although the quality isn't great . Its inspired me to let the general public hear more of my songs . How was yours ? |
